Import/Export Screen

The Import Export screen allows for the backup and restoration of the Uploads, Tag Queries and Scheduled Jobs. This can be useful for Disaster Recovery purposes or for preservation of the Connector's data during Hardware or Software upgrades. 

Exporting

To export the Uploads, Tag Queries or Scheduled Jobs individually, click on the download icon in the right-hand column of the one you wish to export. This will download an XML file of the configuration data stored in the Connector.

To download all, click the download icon at the bottom right of the table.

Deleting Data

To delete the set of Uploads, Tag Queries or Scheduled Jobs configured in the system, click the trash can icon in the right-hand column of the one you wish to delete.

Importing

To import previously exported XML files, click the Import button underneath the table. A file selection popup will appear to choose the XML file to import. It is important to note that importing a file will not override data that is currently stored in the Connector, if this is required, the Delete Data function should be performed first.
