Access For EnergySys Users


Existing EnergySys users migrating from OneLogin to Okta and brand new EnergySys users need to follow the steps below to access the platform.


As a user of EnergySys, you will soon have access to great security features that will make the management of your account and applications simple. To do this, you will need to set up your password and add some security questions to your account. This page shows you the simple set of steps that are required.


1. Invitation email


You will be sent an email invitation, like the one shown below, that will guide you in the activation process.



2. Account activation


You will need to activate your account. To do so, click on the Activate EnergySys Account button in your email and follow the steps in the Account Activation page.


3. Login Page


You will be redirected to the Sign In page. Enter your credentials and click Sign In.



4. Account Dashboard


The account dashboard page will be displayed. You are now ready to launch any of the EnergySys applications available to your account. After your account is activated, you will be able to connect to your EnergySys services directly by URL, without going via the account dashboard.



5. Signing Out


Once you’ve finished, you can sign of EnergySys by clicking on the ‘user’ icon in the top right of the screen and choose ‘Sign Out'. The 'Settings' menu allows you to change your profile and password, and is described in detail in the knowledge base.



6. Direct Service Access


Once your account has been set up, you will be able to access the EnergySys service directly without having to use the above Dashboard. Depending on the region and your access, your instance sign-in page is:
